Why should I choose you?

How much it will cost my job?

A better question would be : "How much would I spend for this job?". We are aware that every client and project are unique because each of them has specific requirements and their own particularities. For this reason, there isn't a single solution and/or approach for achieving the results wanted. The experience taught us that for developing quality works and for a professional approach of the implementation, there is necessary a realistic budget


Can my job be done for "tomorrow"?

In most of the cases it can't be ready for the next day. The main reason for this is that any work takes a reasonable time for achieving some quality results. But for a firm/precise answer, we kindly ask you to use the contact form.


What about the business terms?

The project's development is based on a written contract signed by both parties, where there are specified the rights and the obligations of each party. As regards the payment terms, we request an upfront payment at the moment when the project is contracted (a percentage between 20-50%), the rest of the money being payed as the phases of the execution are completed and on the final delivery of the work done. You can choose to pay us hourly or for project. All these details will be explicitly written in the contract concluded between our company and yours. Can you offer me a mock-up before I contract you?

Our policy is to not offer mock-ups (free demos), before having a firm agreement with our clients (we can reconsider our position according to each client and the type of the job). We consider it's normal to be payed for our ideas and work, meaning a non-refundable amount agreed by both parties. Which are the main phases of work evolving?

Regardless of the project's type, we identified several phases that are common to each type of work. These phases/execution stages help us to achieve the expected results and be sure that the work we make will be owned by another satisfied client of ours, being at the same time another valuable piece of our portfolio that we'll be proud of.


After I do a project with you, what maintenance and warranty do you offer for the work done?

We request feedbacks from our clients for every project, so that we can be sure that they are completely satisfied by the results of the work delivered and they will ask for our help again in the future. For each work completed and payed, we offer a warranty period, varying with the type of the work, when we oblige to correct the errors for free. After the warranty period expires, we offer support to the client and other modifications or developments, just in exchange for payment.
